Rob is very accommodating and really patient as well. He makes sure all the tenants are safe and they now have this APP that lets me open the gate for entry while in my vehicle instead of getting out using my gate code. I can still get into my space after the office is closed. That is useful. I really like this location and would highly recommend.
Brittany was very friendly and nice. We originally came in to see about closing my husband and I’s account because we didn’t need as much space anymore and really didn’t want to come out of pocket. But, she informed me about downsizing instead which was a GREAT accommodation and affordable. Looks like we’ll be here longer!!
Rob was so polite and professional, he explained the entire process to me thoroughly. He made the whole experience pleasant and easy for me. He seems to handle everything very well to be the only person working which made my experience even more special. He toggled easily between other customers and myself, I would definitely recommend anyone looking for storage to come here since Rob runs the store effectively.
I came to this location to make a payment as it was convenient for me at the time. Brittany was wonderful assisting me with my payment. Great staff!
