This place has been awesome to me. I would recommend them to anyone who needs storage. The facility is always clean. There's always a cart available. The managers are always helpful, nice and informative. Can't go wrong with this place.

I don’t normally do reviews but I make an exception here. The facility is clean and well kept and my unit was great. However, Shaun is not temperamentally fit for customer service. It’s a shame that my interactions with him have soured my impression of the whole facility. I would not rent there again.
My fiancé rented a unit from here for at least two years. The temperature in the facility was generally the same, never too hot or too cold. I didn’t see any mice or rats but I saw traps which is expected since the building is near train tracks & off a main road. Finally, the last month we had the unit we had gotten most of our stuff but left some behind. They had reached out to higher ups & attempted to contact my fiancé. Since he wasn’t available during the day, he didn’t not speak with them. Roughly 5 days into the new month and there was no charge, we went up and spoke with Sean (or Shawn or Shaun..not sure how it is spelled). He was very happy to see us & was extremely helpful! Truly a helpful & grateful experience. If we need a storage unit, we will sure return.
