I am a little late with this review. I want to thank Rob and Blair for their assistance in August with the upgrade to my storage locker. A lot was going on. They were very kind an more then helpful. Blair thank you for staying a little late to help. You guys are so wonderful.
Very clean well managed storage facility. Easy entry. Wide hallways. Plenty of parking.
Terrible customer service. Huge company and once you sign the contract don't expect anyone to bend over in any way to help you...you signed it!
The lady working today was quite rude and what we were told over the phone versus the unit shown were not even similar. To be honest, the rude old lady lost my business from interaction number one.
This place is always spotless. Staff are friendly and helpful.
