We love the order and structure with administration and teachers. The diversity is great. My daughter started in the fourth grade and now celebrating her final year. She loves it. We came from a city charter school that was the complete opposite. Before and After care are affordable and supportive to homework in addition to creative projects with the entire family.

I love this school, both my children went to the school. My son started here in third grade and he is now 26 years old. My daughter started here in pre-K and now she is 19 years old. I had a wonderful experience at Shady Spring elementary school. I am now a grandmother and would love for my granddaughter to attend Shady Spring elementary. Wonderful wonderful staff great teachers I definitely recommend Shady Spring elementary five stars for me

My daughter just finished kindergarten this year and I'm new to the area and I just say I really loved this elementary school. My daughter is lucky to go to a school like this one because the ones I went to when I was little is no comparison to this amazing school. She had an amazing teacher and the staff is also very friendly and professional and they were always on top of things. I love this school and hope to have my daughter continue going here until she's done with elementary days.

I DONT EVEN WANT TO GIVE THIS SCHOOL ONE STAR. BOTH ASSISTANT PRINCIPALS AND SOME OF THE STAFF ARE VERY DISRESPECTFUL. MY CHILD IS BEHIND IN READING AND MATH WHICH THEY WAITED UNTIL THE END OF THE SCHOOL YEAR TO TELL ME AFTER ASKING HOW HE IS DOING, I WAS ALWAYS TOLD HES DOING GOOD. I WISH I NEVER SENT HIM TO THIS SCHOOL. ANOTHER CHILD HIT MY CHILD IN THE EYE WITH A ROCK AND THE SCHOOL NEVER CALLED ME WHEN IT HAPPEN. THEY SAID MY CHILD HAS A BEHAVIOR PROBLEM. SO I WENT TO SIT IN HIS CLASS FOR 4 DAYS TO SEE WHATS GOING ON. THE KIDS WAS DOING WHATEVER THEY WANTED. ONE KID WAS BANGING ON THE DESK IN THE MIDDLE OF HER TEACHING HER CLASS. ONE KID WAS RUNNING IN AND OUT OF THE CLASS AND JUST DOING WHATEVER AND MY CHILD GOT MAD AND YELLED OUT I CANT HEAR SO NOW I SEE WHY MY CHILD DOESNT WANT TO GO TO SCHOOL AND JUST NOT INTERSTED IN LEARNING. THIS SCHOOL IS A JOKE. HIS TEACHER MS NOLD COULDNT EVEN LOOK ME IN MY FACE WHILE I WAS THERE. SHE COULDNT EVEN GET THE KIDS TO STAND IN A STRIGHT LINE AND THEY ARE IN KINDERGARTEN ANOTHER TEACHER HAD TO HELP HER GET HER CLASS IN ORDER. THIS SCHOOL CAN NEVER TAKE BLAME IN ANYTHING BUT BLAMES THE CHILD AND TRY TO LABLE THEM. SAVE YOURSELF SOME PEACE OF MIND AND DONT SEND YOUR CHILD TO THIS SCHOOL.

One of the best elementary schools I've been to, Shady Spring is one school which I'll always miss. The great teachers, facilities, cleanliness, sanitation and food is something most schools don't have. Seriously, I recommend this school to every child. I still have dreams about this place. I could have changed my nationality for this place.
