I love going to the Valley Inn. When it’s warm, the outdoor seating and bar is terrific. Live music on Fridays. The tent during the winter is cool especially when there’s live music. Indoors ... you can eat in the bar area, the oyster bar room, the restaurant, or on the deck. Lots of options!

I ordered on seamless and there was an apparent lack of knowledge that the business takes order through seamless. I paid for the full cost of the order but when I arrived at the restaurant the staff was fully unaware that the order had ever been placed or that the restaurant even exists on seamless, despite having 50+ reviews. Management refused to prepare the food that I ordered even after I showed proof of payment.nnThis is the most egregious lack of customer service I have ever experienced at a restaurant. The employees and manager, especially, should be ashamed that they would ever represent the business in this manner.nnFurthermore, there was flagrant violation of state COVID-19 health code. I’m currently filing a complaint with the state department of health.nnI would recommend never giving this business a dime.

The place is clean and very well kept, the food is tasty, the prices are fair and the customer service is impressive.
