It has been a couple of years since I've ordered carryout from Valentino's but I've decided to purchase quality as well as convenience. I ordered cream of crab and Maryland crab for tomorrow. My children ordered cheeseburger subs and I am so excited to share. Our selections were excellent and we were more than satisfied. I called to let them know about our satisfaction. We will return! :)
I just loved their dishes. I always get fantastic customer service here. The place is neat and the employees are always friendly. Will come visit again.
I ordered the blue crab ravioli and the tortillini pasta. When i received my pasta the Alfredo sauce was very liquidity and my pasta was swimming in liquid and was not a sauce at all. I could practically drink the sauce with a straw. I called and explained i was unsatisfied with my food. The lady who answered the phone was extremely rude and said that’s how they make it and said it was nothing she could do.I spent 50 dollars and expected better quality. Being a chef and having experience working in an Italian restaurant,I know this is not the correct way to prepare Alfredo sauces. I would not recommend this place and I am extremely dissatisfied by the customer service.
I LOVE this place. Great staff, carry out is always organized. I have yet to be disappointed with the food and look forward to trying more items on the menu.
