My mother who’s is elderly and doesn’t understand English went to this brunch to get a simple bank statement and was charged almost $ 50 for piece of paper and ink. The statement wasn’t going too far back in a date.nI called to solve this situation but bank workers would refuse to refund anything and wouldn’t care that other Citizens Bank brunches are offering free statements.nI could print out all the statements for free at home if I would know they charge in that particular location. I feel they did so since my mother wouldn’t understand the language, so why not charge her.. she couldn’t disagree anyways with charges.nVery disappointed! Better to go to other location where customer service is more flexibly as bank worker said herself.nOne bank should have one policy. What a rip off.nI myself would get printed statements and it always was free.
worst manager to work with..Arrogant, no name tag , does not identify himself and helpless... He also was a manager on branch in harvard ave in Brookline and i did see him and his teller at the time make fun of a customer (elderly person) …

Very poor customer service.
Terrible bank! Terrible customer service!!! Don’t open any account in Citizens Bank!!! Save you time and money!
