I wanted to have two new truck key fogs fabricated and programmed, but didn't want the hassle and expense of going to the dealer. Dealer cost was over $500 for one key, plus I had to leave the vehicle for the day. Advanced Security on Reisterstown Road had two OEM key blanks in stock, and were willing to gave me a package price that was almost half the dealer price for just one key. And, they did the work on the premises in minutes while I waited. Both keys worked perfectly. Friendly, courteous, and professional.
I lost the only remote to my push start vehicle. Car dealership quoted me $$$, said I would have to get it towed to them, AND they wouldn't be able to get to it today. Called Advanced Security Safe and Lock, and received a MUCH better price. Jac arrived and was done within a hour of my initial call. A+ customer service!
Drove here from Fort Meade with a safe that was stuck and they had it open within a few minutes! The customer service was top notch! The office manager responded to my inquiry very quickly after I submitted it and was able to get me a same day appointment. The two technicians working the desk when I came in were incredibly friendly and I'll definitely be recommending this place to anyone who needs their services in the future. Well worth the drive from Fort Meade for the prompt and professional service.
Service was Great! From phone service to set up appointment to communication on the appointment day, very competent. Art did a fantastic job installing a three point door lock on an Anderson exterior door. He went the extra mile to fix the door frame fit to lock. Would recommend highly.
Be aware!! Worst Access Control System!! I spent 6 grands for access control system about two years ago. However, about a month ago, I cannot access my software. The technician come and try to fix it, but he can not do anything. The technician confirm that this is not my fault. Nevertheless, now they just tell me I need to pay $5000 for new system again. It has been only two year that I installed access control system. This is something that I do not have to pay. So, I just ask them discount, but they deny. This is the way how they make a money.
