Michael Freilich was able to resolve a serious legal problem that involved my sister. He had a catalog of resources to bring into play as he acted in our defense against attempts that were harmful toward her interest. My sister's husband is a post-World War II veteran. Since I needed the help of someone who was familiar with the rights and benefits available to both my sister and her husband, he made the necessary resources available to me. I needed a source of possible property financing for her home. He was able to put me in touch with multiple banks and loan officers who could and did assist me. Michael's interaction with other lawyers involved in the case have been superior and extremely beneficial to us. My review of Michael Freilich is based on his outstanding knowledge of the law and his many contacts and resources. The resolutions would not have reached the satisfactory end without his legal mind.

I just moved to Baltimore and bought my first auction rehab row home property. I ran into a legal problem with my closing. I called 15 law firms and Michael was the only lawyer who answered my call on a Saturday afternoon. He quickly looked over buyers contracts, advised me and helped me to resolve my problem by the next morning. I will be using Freilich for all of my property issues from here on out.

When our home was damaged by renovations at two neighboring properties, we reached out to Mr. Freilich for legal help. He was extremely responsive, getting back to us almost immediately. After listening to our concerns, Mr. Freilich charted a legal strategy to help us resolve our problems. In all our dealings with Mr. Freilich, he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, skillful, and attentive.

Mr. Freilich was very helpful and extremely responsive in regards to a tenant/landlord dispute. He gave me my options and laid all the cards on the table. Don't bother going somewhere else and getting the run around.
