I went there looking to filled my taxes. After I waited for 2.5 ridiculous hours JUST TO SEE Reyna's sister which I decided not to work with and end up CHARGING me $50 dollars for just seen me. My point: She charged me for nothing and by how she explained somethings regarding to my taxes , she did not seem very knowledgeable. and, she shouldn't have charge me just for going in and out the office. I did pay her anyways, but I will not go there aging or send any family or friends.nvery disappointed!
My parents have filed their taxes here for many years. Now I am 25 and will continue to file my taxes here

The worst place to fill an application and any document in Boston, besides being irresponsible with time and priority of people, charge you a bundle and give a terrible service. In the end I had to go elsewhere to pay for the service I needed and they did not return my money claiming that the work was done, it would be bad luck for me, because, according to her, the work was done based on her experience. It was zero in my case. I do not recommend anyone to go through this place to lose their money.
