I had the pleasure of meeting with attorney Matthew Vocci at the Maryland Consumer Rights Coalition (MCRC) Economic Summit and Consumer Celebration. Mr. Vocci led a riveting presentation on tenant rights and his successful attempts improve the living conditions of tenants in Maryland.
