They were very true to their word and helped me understand the entire process along the way. Stephen and Tabitha were awesome at ensuring I understood what was going to happen in many possible scenarios. I didn't expect the process to be as smooth as it was but it indeed was smooth. Thank you guys! I truly appreciated what you have to do to make things right for us unfortunate victims. Highly recommended. ( To make a long story short. My boyfriend and I were involved in a head on collision by a driver who deliberately targeted our vehicle. She was NOT the driver of the vehicle. Her name wasn't even on the registration. Car was totaled and we had minor injuries that still extruded expensive medical bills. All was taken care of. =) )

I was involved in a car crash; one that was obviously the other guy's fault. Even with that, I still got the runaround from a certain other 'Big' lawyer. Michael Friedman took my case and was able to get it settled. The staff was friendly, courteous, and responsive. I was kept up-to-date. They took my direction, and there was non pressure. They pushed when I wanted them to push, and they settled when I wanted to settle. There were no surprises.
