Andrew and Brandi were great at responding to questions, usually within a couple of hours. They (Brandi) would generate appropriate documents, usually within the day, and get them sent to me. Very impressed at how they seemed to actually care about me, as a client, and not just a dollar sign. Especially when I discovered how many cases Andrew generally had going at the same time. He really knew his stuff, and how the insurance company was usually going to respond. He got me more in the settlement, then what I was initially expecting.
