When I first got there I was greeted by very nice nurse he told me where to go and what to do. And then the security guard came out and tried to tell me I was an hour late for my appointment when in fact I know I was not and insisted I wait outside. He was very rude and even made a comment to the worker when I came in at the desk about “it’s your 2 o clock no show” I know the over the phone I was told 3, I’m not deaf or stupid. He’s a wanna be a cop. Other than that I had a great experience

The animal attendants were so excited for us. Very caring of the cats. That was 2 years ago. Our cat Emma Elf aka Greysee who is now 11 still zooms around, loves her humans, and her food. Thanks everyone ud83dude42.

We brought home the love of our doggie lives from Baltimore Animal Services. Michi had been brought back to them 3 times over her 9 years. Our only regret is we didn’t meet her sooner. ❤ufe0f

We found the dog of our dreams here. Odin, formerly known as Leo, is our new best friend. They kept good care of him, he's healthy, and very smart. The process was quick, painless and extremely affordable, which was right up our alley. They even provided a leash, harness, collar, and tips and medication. Wonderful people doing a wonderful thing. Five stars.

I was very pleased with quality of care that this facility provides. My kitten was spayed about 10 days ago. Her incision looks amazing. The price for services is remarkable. They also sent her home with post op pain medication. I had a great experience overall. The intake and discharge process was seamless.
