I bought my Dream Car at Autowerks and couldn’t be happier! They are a Family owned Business, that understands the importance of Customer Service and Quality Control. They specialize in Pre-Owned European Vehicles with a highly experienced Staff. If you’re looking for a quality Vehicle and don’t want to deal with the Large Dealership BS. I highly recommend you give them a visit. I live 30 miles away and will continue to use them for all my repairs and services.

This place saved me a ton of money when fixing my smart car after someone damaged it. The staff is very friendly and occupied my toddler with a coloring book as we waited. He was able to see the cool cars getting worked on in the back and walked away with an emoji sticker for being such a good boy. Customer service and quality of work is A1!

Excellent customer service! Can't express how helpful both Jim and Neil were, they went above and beyond for me even though I did not end up buying from them, would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a used VW in the MD area!
