PLEASE RETREAT WHILE PASSING GO. Misleading information, placed ad about waiving deductible but then asked for payment. Very unorganized, untruthful, unethical. Worst shop I've ever seen in my life. I question a lot of things about this shop. They need to be investigated. They rip people off, the mechanics do a horrible job, they don't put the part in your car they say you're getting. They refuse to disclose where the parts they used are from. The lady in the office was very dishonest. I was told by her several times that the manager was not available even when I was on the lot and could see he was there. My car broke down on several occasions after they claimed to have fixed it. When getting a second opinion from the dealership, damages were overlooked.
