I got a great deal here, even though it’s far from where I live. No Honda dealership within 2 hrs could beat it. Worked with Charlotte and Osman. Charlotte delivered the car to me 2 hrs away. Felt really welcome and speedy service at Heritage Honda Parkville. My sales person was Ms. Charlotte. She made sure that I was comfortable with my purchase and looked out for my best interest in regards to financing. I didn’t spend the long horrible hours in the car dealers like with normal car dealers. She listened to me and got me what I needed. Go see Ms. Charlotte... she will take care of you.

I came in to get the batteries in both of my fobs changed. I was greeted by Will in the service department and he was amazing. He assisted very quickly and I was in and out withing 10 min. I really appreciate Will for the prompt service.

This is one of the best places to get work done on your Honda. I own a 2017 Honda Accord and they take such great care of my car. The people that they have working at this facility are very nice people and they don't try to get over on you. They let you know everything that is going on with the car and even walk you through the price breakdown. If something comes up they tell you during the inspection. They always fill up all fluids and check everything on the vehicle.

The service I received was astounding. My sales representative Larry, and the sales manager Mr. Lowry provided the best service ever. I can't believe they were able to work with me. To be honest I never thought I would find a car that would have what I wanted plus more. I'm beyond grateful and thankful for everything they did. I will forever recommend this location for buy or selling a car.
