I had a wonderful experience at A & A. I usually hate car shopping, but Gene was helpful and knowledgeable. He wasn't pushy at all which is a rarity in that market. He secured an amazing rate and the price was very reasonable for the car. I called in advance to see if they had the car I wanted still available. When I got there they had cleaned it off and pulled it to the front for me (the day after the snow storm). Overall a wonderful experience and didn't take long to get on my way. Would absolutely recommend to friends to try them out.

Being a 19 year old I was really nervous about jumping out there for my first big girl purchase car but Gene (the salesman) called me & text me the whole weekend telling me how to go about the process. He was very thorough and thoughtful the whole time. He answered every question I had and even told me everything I needed to have before showing up. I live three hours away and I was very relieved to have had such a down to earth salesman. Very nice.
