CarMax

I received a reasonable offer via your website, and decided to head to CarMax to sell my car. I made an effort to assess the value honestly, and felt as if I'd been transparent. Truth be told, I didn't think I'd end up selling the car to CarMax because I didn't expect you'd stand by your offer. I was proven wrong: not only did you stick with your offer, the sales process was quite quick and pleasant. I'll certainly do business with CarMax again!

CarMax just makes everything so easy! I went in to get my car appraised in White Marsh, MD and was blown away by the awesome customer service and speed. I received my offer within 20 minutes of walking through the doors. When I accepted, they took the car for a test drive and made it very easy to sign all of the paperwork, so I was in and out in less than 40 minutes total. Sara was absolutely wonderful - she worked so hard to get me in and out as quickly as possible, while still answering any and all questions that I had. The whole process was efficient and effortless, just what I was looking for!

Two cars in 2 years enough said.

I researched vehicles in the website and reserved a car, requesting that it be shipped to the local store.nWhen my son and I arrived for our appointment, the store was packed and we were told two things that made me upset. One was that we would have to wait despite having an appointment and many people not having one would be waited upon before us and the other was that the car I had reserved hadn't been shipped to this store.nWe were told that we could look through the lot for another car. We decided to do so, but the only similarly priced and model car had more than twice the mileage than the one I had reserved.nAfter some back and forth, we asked to have the reserved car shipped again and told the salesman that is the one we wanted.nTwo days after receiving an email saying that the car had finally been delivered and nearly two weeks after the initial request, we were told that the car was ready.nIn the meantime, I had been working on the financing and was all set other than having an actual check from my credit union. The credit union needed the purchase order from CarMax first.nWe met with a different salesman, very nice, but not familiar with how to get the deal closed. We waited for three hours before I offered a solution to get the car and get out of there. Since I had been approved through CarMax we completed the paperwork as if we would finance through them. This allowed us to finally get to the business office and sign all necessary documents and drive out with the car after more than three hours.nI will still need to go to the store with the check from the credit union once I get that in the next couple of days.nWe did get a 2018 Civic with about 16K miles for $17K, that was not quite purple as advertised but rather a very bright blue.

This was the most professional car dealership I have ever been. When I saw the price online and the good conditions and low mileage of the car, I couldn't believe it. I thought it was a scam up until I got there. I was served by the most decent and professional gentleman. I was offered gap insurance but I did not feel I was harassed to take it. The car was as good as it was online and at that price. I am extremely happy with my car and I would not buy a car anywhere else from now on.
