I had a very good experience at Antwerpen, my sales person Autumn was very good and knowledgeable. Autumn was very patient and she make sure I understand everything (the whole process of buying a use car) and she made sure I did not leave until I had a car that I love and the payments was in my budget. The sad part is after running my credit to the point that they lowered my credit score. They then told me not only do I need a co-signer, but also 2,000 dollars down. They still didn't take my other car that I could no longer drive. And then said I should consider the car that they probably couldn't get rid of a gift. Like they did me a favor. Very unprofessional. I would never send friends or family to Antwerpeen. I wouldn't send enemys either! I am stuck with a car that I have to have a co-signer for, that I didn't want and it cost to much monthly.
