I've purchased from Mile One Heritage VW 2 times in 15 years and both times worked with fantastic people. Service deparment manager is hammering out common sense solutions that car dealers have introduced as hurdles. I hope he succeeds.

My experience buying a new car at Heritage was a good one. The sales agent was low-key, there were no gimmicks and the negotiation was straightforward. Altogether one of the best I've been through!
