I can’t express enough how kind, patient, informative and thoughtful Brendon and Meredith were to me. This was my first car purchase and I was nervous. Brendon and Meredith made me feel extremely comfortable. Thank you both for making this a wonderful and unforgettable experience!

I was shopping around for a bigger vehicle for my family. I didn't really have an idea of what I wanted so I pretty much looked at all 3 row midsized SUVs. I came to Heritage Volkswagen in Catonsville and was greeted my Tiara. She was by far my favorite salesman (woman) out of all the many dealerships I visited. She was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and wasn't pushy at all. I ended up deciding on the Volkswagen Atlas and no doubt Tiara was a big part of that decision. Also, it's a great vehicle!

I had a very disappointing time at service.nnI had scheduled an MD State Inspection 2 weeks in advance. Upon arrival, they claimed I did not schedule such a thing (though email confirmations can confirm I did.)nnThe advisor calls down and tells me that they will not do an inspection since it was raining and MD law says not to do it in inclement weather.nnI've since gotten second opinions from other, more well put together shops and dealers and they would've done the inspection anyway, but I'm not going to argue that they should've done the inspection. The logic is valid to a degree, but it was also raining all day. They could've called to tell me this and save me from wasting my time?nnOn top of it all, when I decided to reschedule the service and get my car back, they couldn't find the person with my keys and I had to wait which I thought was unacceptable.nnAs a silver lining, at least they didn't actually touch my car. The mere experience of checking in for service I didn't receive was enough to lose all confidence in the abilities of this place.

I was informed by friends not to use the dealer after I purchased the car but they obviously don’t use Heritage VW. Bought my car in 2017 and absolutely LOVE it. I have returned for maintenance and the staff has been fabulous. I make an appointment pull my car in and they take it away I wait in a clean waiting room with coffee and ice water and CLEAN RESTROOM.nJohn Aker has been my service person and I feel comfortable dealing with him. My key fob showed low battery and my blind dot indicator wasn’t working. I read the manual and couldn’t get the fob open and figured I must have pushed something to turn off the indicator. John checked it out and turned indicator back on and replaced my battery and in 15 minutes I was on my way. Felling happy I chose this dealership. I will trust them to do me right.

Me and my mom were searching for a used car and found it here at Heritage. Great customer service as soon as you walk in the door. The car is fantastic, met our price range, and the 12 month warranty made us feel more comfortable making the deal. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a used car or new.
