Antionette Wilson is very very very unprofessional. While trying to explain to her that my husband air is not working in his vehicle that was purchased from i3motors ( it never worked ) she was talking over me and I asked her can I finish explaining to her what was going on first she began to laugh while I was talking . I asked to speak with someone else she said sure call back after 3:00 to speak with the finance manger ( Not who I needed to speak with). This place is a joke they been giving my husband the runaround with getting this issue fixed for a whole month . This place if We could give it 0 stars we would . Great prices horrible customer service. And she called my husband to tell him I was rude and he would never get any services if I called in again and she won’t entertain me ( so why call his phone ) this place is a mess .

They are not professional at all I love far away and they had me thinking I was picking up my vehicle to find myself just seating there waiting on them because they was on a personal call and on her time so I had to ask for my money back at that point because it was just too much for a person like me driving hour away from home.nnThey are not professional at all don’t go to them I never dealt with people like them in the car business

Thank you so much to i3Motors. They made the process so easy. We were literally in and out in a hour and half with our car. The staff is so welcoming and made sure we had the best deal possible. Thank you so much for all of your help and great customer service. We will definitely be back in the near future.

Lengthy process, but to be expected, customer service is good. However, the mechanical shop doesn't communicate about parts, the van we got from them needed work although they sold it to us off their lot. The good thing is that it was covered under the warranty.
