When everybody else denies you. Go to US Motors, They are guaranteed to get you in vehicle. My wife and I just purchased two weeks ago and the car is excellent. In general just great customer service. I will definitely purchase from here again.

The dealer was patient and helpful. Also determined to help u get what u want at prices u want.. I'd shop here again and refer friends.

have been dealing with Dwayne who works at us motors on park heights.  From the start it wasn't good came in to look for a car but was sent home and had to come back the next day. The next day I came in still nothing and was told again to come back. Came back and waited over and hour for someone to show up at the store. Dwayne then told me that I was approved for a car (2015 ford fusion hybrid)that he just brought on the lot from an auction. So the car had to be inspected before it went off the lot which wasn't a problem at all.  It took close to a week for it to be ready. Once I finally got the car he was drunk when I came in to get the carand gave me misinformation and then it took 3 days to get tags because apparently the mva site was down. Its been over 2 weeks of having the car and I have not signed any paper work stating the car is mine. I have had to replace a tire and I have had one thing fixed on the car since having it even though it was several things needing to be fixed . The front bumper was hanging.  The car in general looks like it was in a accident.  Now that I've had the car its hard to get anything repaired. He says he will check with his guys and i never get a response back from him. My Bluetooth is not working and the car is loud for it to be a hybrid car im so confused. All I want is my money back. Doesn't deserve any stars very disappointed will not be returning took over 2 weeks to do nothing basically.
