Great in-app deals with fantastic variety of bagels and sandwiches! They need more locations but smallness has kept them fresh and innovative. Worth the trip!!!
Food gs always been great. Staff appears new and not good customer service. Stood in line for at least 5-7 while an employee input doordash orders without even being acknowledged. An easy ma’am I’ll be with you in a moment or I will be right with you would have sufficed. Them employee stood there and placed two whole orders totaling over $50 all while myself and 4 other people waited in line. Needless to say I walked out and doubt I’ll be back.
I tried Epstein's for first time - delighted with food and service. Great when ordering a dozen bagels (given freezer bags and carry box) you get 2 free containers of cream cheese. I left lox at register, and when unable to return, the manager drove it to my house!nnThe bagels and cream cheese were tastier than local supermarkets, staff friendly, COVID restrictions in place, and random act of kindness especially appreciated! Will return!
