My wife and I got there at 8AM today. It wasn't open even though the sign said they were open 8AM-10PM. We waited until 8:30 then left. I called the Read Street shop to tell them, but got a lukewarm 'Okay, thanks'.nnThis is not the first time this has happened. But it is the last. Steer clear of this place if you want reliable customer service.nnThe sad part is that it used to be a really nice place to relax and write. I'm just wondering what excuse today's opener will use: Out late partying; alarm clock didn't work; forgot they were scheduled.nnTwo other regulars came by and left.nThey were not happy/.

Cute place for a tea , coffee and pastry. They have a great selection of loose teas as well.

Cute establishment. Funky decor. Nice place to cozy up in with a book to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea. Reminds me of a tea bar. Plenty of fresh lose tea to choose from at a affordable price. Staff is very friendly. If you want pastry you have to go early because they sell out fast.

This is a fantastic coffee shop with tremendous service. The young man Evan is very knowledgeable and helpful. The beef and basil pocket was very tasty. Coffee is very good. I had a berry pocket that was excellent. The first one had the wrong ingredients in it which they fixed immediately. Very nice place to sit.

Hit or miss. Today when I came in the barista refused to speak and just stared at me when I said hello. Didn't ask what I wanted to order, didn't say thank you. Talk about stellar customer service.nnThe matcha latte I order here is always chunky due to not mixing the powder thoroughly enough. I only come back because it's the only cafe in walking distance from my office with green tea.
