I called around 4pm to get my main line looked at that goes out under the street. The person told me that I had four jobs in front of me but that they would be there. At 830pm the dogs started barking and they were here. They two gentleman had great attitudes and ran that snake out about 30 feet under the street and cleaned everything out. 30-45 minutes later and they were off...Hi Oh Silver! Great experience with you all.

They were great! I called about ice on our road and they had taken care of it within a couple hours. Thanks so much!

Sewer back up at Kenwood ave and Shadyspring ave. Sewer manhole clogged for about three months now. Please fix me. Today's date is 01/15/2020nThank You.n01/16/2020n9:30amnUpdatenSewer leak resolved. The area was cleaned and sanitized. The leak was repaired. All is good. Most important same day response time. By the way it was not a manhole. It was just a regular pvc sewer access pipe. Sorry for not reporting correctly.nBaltimore County Department of Public Works has now earned their five star rating.

Supposed to fix a water main break on Thursday 03/22/2018..I called my apartment manager due to not having ANY water Friday and Saturday..they were told it would be fixed within 24 hours..here it is Sunday 4 days later and still NO water. Toilets are backed up..dishes piled high. This is ridiculous. People have to go to work meaning brush our teeth, and take showers. Also would be nice to be able to cook and have some coffee! Absolutely RIDICULOUS. There are Multiple apartment complexes without water!

I have been without water for 7 days now. The water pressure is so low we can only sit a bucket under the bathtub to get enough water in the bucket to flush the toilet. Everyone on block (Ingleside&Stella) have been calling for a week straight. Sunday night someone from the county comes out to address the situation. She says there is nothing she can do and tells us someone will send water. Wednesday morning men finally come out to address the situation. They start construction around 9oclock am untill 9pm. They turned the water on for 5 minutes then turned it back off. We now have no water at all now even enough to flush the toliet.
