I can’t imagine having a better experience at a storage facility. The place is immaculate and easy to access. More importantly, the employees are simply amazing. I had a handful of specific needs/requests the day I showed up to empty my unit, and Tony literally could not have been more helpful. I highly recommend this Public Storage facility.
I had a 20x10 unit which was great. $180 was the rate I agreed upon when I moved my stuff in. After just 1 month of being there and getting 1 bill for $180 I get an email saying my rate has been increased. My new monthly bill would be $227. These scumbags wait until you're in and then they jack up your rate. Also, it's infested with rats.
Tony at Public Storage in Weymouth is the best! Exceptional customer service skills, extremely knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with!
Great service by Jussara. We were able to look at the units and complete the contract quickly and easily. The facility is clean and well taken care of by all appearances. Great customer service and would recommend!
