Awesome experience with Extra Space storage. Before arriving Tom made sure to thoroughly explain everything over the phone including prices of the unit and insurance. He had no problem showing me the size of the space I’d be getting to make sure it accommodated my items. He made this process super simple and made me feel comfortable keeping my belongings here. Thanks Tom and extra space storage.
Tom helped me with all my questions and was incredibly helpful and friendly during the process. He welcomed me, remembered me from our phone conversation (always great!), and walked me through the property and unit. He made the process very easy and as pleasant as could be. I needed the unit regardless, but he made it stress free.
Pamela and Stephen were both very personable and professional. I am happy with my choice of storage facility, as other companies within Quincy were charging triple the price for similar sized units! I am grateful that I found them through Google and looking forward to utilizing my unit!
I rented a unit online. When I arrived I asked Steve where the unit was and he immediately showed me to the unit and the best way to access it. After seeing the location I decided I would rather have a unit that was easier to access (without stairs). Steve was very helpful in finding a more suitable unit for me. It was exactly what I needed. Top notch service!
