We just moved to the area about 2 months ago and drove past here one day. Our family has been enjoying sausages and boudin almost weekly ever since. Absolutely delicious, I’m excited to try some of the other meat options y’all have available soon!
Hands down best steaks in Youngsville area. Cheaper and better than rouses or nunus. Sausage is also great and have some cool options like rabbit and chicken with pepper jack. No produce but oh well

Boudin was really mushy, first time I tried it. Flavor was ok spice was decent but really mushy..will work if dont feel like driving to Don's.nnGot a stuffed beef roast to cook..something about it just didn't taste right so say stuffed with onions garlic bell peppers had a different taste...wasn't bad just not normal lol
