I am very pleased with the extended coverage we have in our vehicle. We have recently had to bring in the SUV for debris in tires and had tire replacement with no issues. Fabulous experience from start to finish— Jennifer made the buying process so easy!! Not only did the team go above and beyond to assist me with my car needs, they also took it a step further and helped me find a hotel to spend the night at when every place in town was sold out! Paul in finance was awesome and the car concierge, Brian, was full of car knowledge and made sure to answer any and all of my questions! Dishonest people. Unless you have money to burn I would not recommend dealing with them. However, Chad was nice and helpful, but he can only do his part. with the rest, you’re on your own.
