When my son and daughter in law had an opportunity to adopt a new born my long time company attorney recommended Melaine to us as an excellent family lawyer. He could not have been more correct in his recommendation. Melanie was a pleasure to work with and her advice was always right on target. The baby went home from the hospital with us and full custody was given to us in around 3 months. The adoption is now totally complete in about 1 year (if not for COVID-19 it would have been much sooner). Melanie is an excellent attorney who cares about her clients and offers reasonable rates (we even got a refund). I would highly recommend Melanie Chatagnier for any legal needs anyone might have.

Mel is a true professional. After my divorce, I needed some sound advise and representation. I contacted Melanie and It was handled with care and professionalism but watch out, she’s a tiger when she needs to be. 5 stars is not enough.

Melanie represented me in a child custody case, and I have to say she was extremely pleasant to work with. She was very professional, knowledgeable and willing to fight for what was best for my child. She did not sugar coat; she was honest and prepared me for what could potentially happen. She was easy to reach and accommodating to my work schedule. I will definitely use her again if need be.
