I've been a loyal customer of Bayou Ford since the Fall of 2019 when I purchased my new Ford F-150. The dealership treated me like family during my first ever purchase. I live in Baton Rouge and will continue to drive the extra distance as payback for the first class service I receive there. During my latest routine service visit this past week, I received the same reception as usual. I am elated with the folks at Bayou Ford and plan to continue doing business there.

Ryan (my car salesman) is the best. He had my approval and a car ready for me in what felt like 5 minutes. He was very attentive to myself and his other customers. Any question I had he answered entirely. He made the process smooth and worth my time. I highly recommend Bayou Ford for anyone looking for a car.

The best car dealership that you will have the pleasure of dealing with. The management as well as the worker are kind and caring and work within your budget to get the best deal possible. I recommend them if you need a new vehicle they are incredible. Lori Joseph is one of the kindest people you ever want to meet in the service department. She goes above and beyond in caring for customers myself as well as others.
