It was 8pm at night,the food was cold ,the fries tasted like cardboard and the customer service was horrible. Not a one yes sir they just replied with no,of course the ice cream machine was broke and to top it off they forgot my BBQ sauce.nI literally live 2 mins away. Never going back to that mcdonalds in gramercy louisiana
Horrible horrible customer service. I asked for my hot n spicy well done. They didn’t put my request on the screen. Another female came on the speaker and laughed. A customer shouldn’t have to ask for fresh food.
Doesn't have a lot of food available. And when asking to have something removed from my burger it was on slip taped to burger yet the item was on the burger and what I wanted on my burger was not. Cooks can't follow directions. Just a thought if you have a food allergy and need an item removed. Don't count on the order being correct.
