The lady working the register was wearing her mask under her chin. You could see her teeth talking to everyone. Breaking point was when she walked back through the kitchen. She said she burned her hand and cut herself and it wasn’t her day. Well then leave work, call out sick. Don’t subject the rest of us to potential harm. Manager was completely aware of the situation and did nothing about it. Horrifying.
I ordered a pizza and a side of salad. The salad was bad! The croutons were soggy and looked disgusting. I highly recommend you not to eat from here after they served this trash. Maybe a different location, just not this one!!

I ordered a pizza, and an hour later, they cancelled the order. After it had become too late to order from another location. Classy move, guys. Love it.
This is the second time I have ordered delivery from this Bertucci in Braintree yes the food was very good but both times I have ordered soup and paid for it and both times I never received it. Granted your only talking 4.99 but it’s now 8.98 I’ve paid over.
