Sugoi is a new sushi joint right in Braintree Square which opened around Sept 2020. Ordered takeout, which was promptly on time. The inside is quite small and has flashing lights and hip music, so it'll probably be a fun, cozy place to dine out in the future.nnI ordered the Water party platter ($80 as of this review), which comes with 26 pieces of nigiri and your choice of 4 maki rolls - I chose the spicy shrimp tempura, spider, dragon, and scorpion. The platter was beautifully presented. The fish was very fresh and the fish-to-rice ratio on the nigiri pieces were great. My favorite was the spider roll with fried soft-shelled crab - so good!!!nnI'm excited to take advantage of their dining specials which are listed as coupons in their menu. For example, Mondays and Tuesdays are buy one get one 50% off on all sushi, sashimi, and maki rolls. Street parking is free.
