Started banking with First American when I started my career fresh out of college 25 years ago. While products and services have expanded, my customer experience has remained consistent. I feel valued and appreciated!

As far as the bank itself, they are great. On the other hand, lately the mobile app and website to login to in order to do online banking is horrible. Will not let you sign on either one and after trying to deposit a check using the feature in the app, that doesn't work great either, IF YOU CAN LOG ON!!
