Great food, great service, very personal staff. Not ridiculously expensive but not cheap either. You get what you pay for and at Milano's you're paying for good food. Would highly recommend for dinner and lunch! Definitely worth it!!

Outstanding experience! From the greeting at the door, amazing service and remarkable meal to the so long see you next time was incredible. I highly recommend Milano’s Italian grill. I grew up in an Italian household so I have a high expectation when it comes to an Italian restaurant. Definitely surpassed my expectations. I will definitely be going back!

My second time in this locally owned and operated Italian grill. The first place I notice walking in is how clean everything looks and SMELLS. No soured soda and alcohol smells thay permeate most restaurants with carpet. The next was how friendly, courteous and fast our service was. The owner took care of us the first time. This trip a young man as charming as he could be took good care of us. Real Southern iced tea, real Italian dishes served to order and hot.

Milano's was wonderful! The food was very good and at a reasonable price. We had the fried cheese ravioli for an appetizer, which was great. We also had the spaghetti and meatballs and the lobster ravioli which was all delicious. Dylan was our server and did a superb job. He kept our drinks full and was very attentive. We will be back!

The service is very fast and good. The manager was present on the floor and interacted with every table. The prices were reasonable. The food was good. If you like sweet tea, it was the best I've had in this part of Louisiana. The food was good, not stellar; but again the prices are reasonable and stellar service. The house salad dressing is also very good. Wish they had blue cheese and not use too many breadcrumbs in dishes. I travel a lot and eat out all over the world. Nice place, family friendly.
