The produce and the meat at rouses are awesome. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and there was hardly any weight at the checkout line and the sales were excellent. I love the fact that rouses likes to sell local produce. It was a great shopping experience and excellent prices.
Extremely wonderful employees. Wanda was one that I got her name. I left my wallet in the basket and did not notice until I got to the next stop. I went back to Rouses (15 minutes?) I went and asked Customer service desk if anyone turned in a wallet. They gave it to me and not one thing was missing. As I was leaving, at least 5 other emoyees asked if I found it. Even the basket collectors outside. So unexpected in today:s world.
I’ve become a big fan of Rouses and Thai one didn’t disappoint. Big store and variety. Great beer selection. Fantastic king cake.
Needs more control over customers social distancing. Issues usually when in line to check out but occasionally in aisles, including employees not properly social distancing from customers.
Love Rouse's but, their dairy game, including ice cream needs work. I can't count how many times the ice cream is obviously refrozen (crystals) and the milk spoils before the expiration date.
