The storage facility was always clean. The staff was always courteous but I had an exceptional customer service experience with Tracey. She anticipated some of my concerns and walked me through the process I was concerned about. Being in customer service myself, it’s refreshing to get the friendly and knowledgeable person on the opposite side of the counter. Thank you Tracy, for being so great!
I received great customer service from Tracey! I was short on time and she was quick and efficient. My first visit to a storage went great and took less than 15 minutes to fully check in
The place is okay. You get what you pay for. Ceiling falling in all over and only 1 of the 3 carts works well. Only one of the 2 elevators work. Definitely operating on a super low budget! Getting in the gate is also complicated sometimes and codes don't work for my friend when he tries to get in to his unit. Plus it isn't 24 hours. Would be nice working day/night shift to get to my unit at 3am if I need to.
Been here for a year and the service has always been great! There is a lady name Tracy that’s super helpful and can help with what you need, highly advised.
I went in to get assistance on units out of state and Tracey was absolutely a gem! She took her time in assisting me to get all the units on auto pay. Tracey was professional and a delight to work with. Definitely recommend this location.
