The lot itself is organized, well kept, and relatively easy to access. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I enjoyed looking at several vehicles without feeling pressured or manipulated. If you see something you like or have questions about, I'd definitely feel more comfortable checking in with them over several of the other places around. They also have a pretty nice website that I was able to get additional details from afterwards. Full disclosure: I haven't purchased with them yet, but I will certainly give them a shot when I'm ready to.

I recently purchased an auto from this place. The car was a total loss as the result of an accident. This is when I was made aware that the finance man had lied to me about my GAP coverage. He told me that I definitely had GAP......BIG LIE. He had purchased a service contract instead. This lie has left me to pay roughly $5000 on my loan. After his lies, he gave me copies of the Bill of Sale and GAP Disclosure both with my signature forged. The forgeries are VERY OBVIOUS. Please be careful!!! The cars are nice and maybe some or even most of the staff are good people. Be wary of the FINANCE GUY, he is very dishonest.nnIf you video all signings, you should look to see who forged my signature. I will gladly send you a photo and you can see for yourself. I am not a person who causes problems like this. This is the first time in my 64 years of life to encounter such actions by a business. I have asked to meet with Mike’s supervisor and have not been given the opportunity. The difference in my signature and the forgeries is obvious. I only want things to “be made right” as Mike promised on several occasions.nnYou obviously have us confused with someone else. My forged Bill of Sale and forged GAP Disclosure are dated 11/16.18. That is roughly 6 months ago.

Walked in looking to finance a car for this first time ever. The atmosphere wasn’t friendly . The salesman never even told me his name . The salesman barely explained what was going on and my options .
