Well I walked in at 9:30 pm pm there were 3 waiters n waitress on floor all three seen me I stood in front lobby till 10:34pm. There were only two tables seated.it was not busy at all. When I was finally seated i was seated without silver ware and all. At 10:53pm I was asked for my drink order. I knew what I wanted to eat so I went ahead and orderedntoo exactly 30 minutes floor my food I left a 20 on table and walked out will not be back the floor was nasty I had no syrup.or anything brought to me

Please keep in mind while reading this review that I have worked in restaurants for almost 6 years now, and we needed to be leaving Monroe at around 1P. A few factors come into play here, but I will list everything as a timeline to make things more clear.nn11:14A - We arrive and put in our name. We are told there will be a 15min wait time.n11:45A - We ask if the wait time has been updated and we are then seated shortly.n12:15P - We are re-greeted by the hostess because our waitress was so busy. We order with her instead of the waitress.n12:25P - We get our drinks.n12:50P - We get our food and are given an explanation for our wait. Their ticket machine wasn't working for the kitchen and there was some confusion over our order being put in.nnI know this sounds rough, and it was, but my 4/5 rating was not a mistake. The employees were all really kind and doing their best to keep up. Working in a restaurant is hard especially because when something goes wrong it becomes a domino effect. Now there are a few things that could be improved upon to aid in efficiency that's why I did not rate 5-stars.

Went in there with my mother and sister at 9 am didn’t leave until 11am... said that they lost the receipt to our order but when we got we got our food it was cold. When we left to pay at the desk my sister and I went to the car and they claimed that we were stealing while my mother was still at the desk. If I could I’d give less than a full star. People getting there after us leaving before us.

Tried to give it another shot but terrible service. Had to ask for everything!! Food was wrong and half missing took twenty more mins to get it all. Still had no syrup or knife by the end of meal for pancakes after asking twice. Flag somebody else down and they brought it finally but was already ready to go took two bites. Service was terrible the last time I went but like I said tried to give it another shot and today was the icing on the cake will not be back
