Delicious burgers and great customer service!nnEdit: burnt and inedible chicken. Wife's burger is dry and overcooked as well. Waited 35 minutes for this. Manager doesn't care and refuses to come to the table to hear our complaint. Not to mention the caked in dust bicycle above us. What happened to this place? Do that care anymore?

Great place with amazing burgers!! Prices are reasonable and definitely worth it. The A-1 burger is my favorite! They have multiple options and personalization options as well as different sizes of patties to choose from. Great environment for kids, handicap accessibility, and great personable staff! Highly recommend if you're in the mood for a good burger and curly fries and even wings if you're looking for that!

1st and last time we will be eating at Burger Grind. Called in our order and hubby went to get it. He sat at the drive thru window for 15 minutes before anyone came to the window. He said all that the workers had their phone to their ears ignoring him. Our food was cold We never pick up food that is cold when we get it hamburger had a good taste but the jalapeno bun was too sweet. The fried mushrooms were warmish but great flavor. The price was too much for what we got. It was around 6. You had plenty workers but not enough working. He did say that the cook was only 1 working

This was me and my wife’s first time at The Burger Grind and I’ve got to say we’ve finally done it. For a long time, we’ve been trying different places around Monroe/West Monroe and just haven’t found that one burger joint that makes the dinner conversation sparse. Well, tonight we were pleasantly surprised and thrilled. We already know what we want to try next!!!
