Service started out great and rapidly declined. None of the waitresses wore masks the duration of our time there. Went from one great waitress to another sub par who didn’t even bother to come up to the table to ask if anything was needed. Rather she just walked around looking lost. Neither waitress ever returned to the table until they were flagged down.. mind you this place IS NOT THAT BIG. Food service stopped at 9 which is understandable but we were not told until after 9pm and were rushed to order. After about 10pm people were allowed to continue to POUR into the small rooms. No additional staff (besides the 3 that were already there) was called for for assistance. In the room over, Planters, was claimed to be at CAPACITY... so you’re telling me the room next door the SAME SIZE is at capacity so you’re just gonna allow drunks without masks to pour into an already crowded room. As people continued to pour in the restaurant began blasting music so loud that you couldn’t even hear the person next to you. I’m assuming this was done as to appease the large influx of drunks that poured in to continue drinking. Had to fight out way past drunks just to close out our tabs with the same staff that never returned to the tables to check in anyone or anything even before the restaurant became over crowded. That same staff also ALLOWED people to reach into their coolers to take alcohol from it. We are in a PANDEMIC! There is guidance that must be followed for everyone’s safety. The fact that out of the ENTIRE amount of people crammed into that room there were only 5 masks being worn. Four of which were by my friends and I and the other by one staff members guiding people over to ELI (OBVIOUSLY concerned for his safety and no one else’s) is COMPLETELY and ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! DO BETTER!

This is actually for the Eli which is upstairs above Cotton and next to Planters. It was SO hot, there was no air... We were all dripping sweat, service was almost non - existent, they were out of drink ingredients (for a margarita) , they didn't have a common brand of whiskey, and the music was blaring loud country music that we couldn't speak to each other over. When an employee was approached by our friends about turning the music down, it was actually turned up. There's so much potential for this little place,so I hope they resolve the small issues. I'll edit my review if my next experience is better.
