I went to this restaurant at start of all the covid I was expecting a good to go meal based on they're radio commercials sounded like some good food. As I walked into the front door. I was greeted by the owner. I assume Augie. But anyway I told him that I had never been there. I asked him if it was a generous amount of shrimp on the shrimp plate. He assured me and encouraged me to purchase the plate. I was sadly disappointed to receive only 6 pieces of small shrimp with some soggy french fries. I was trying to shop local at a mom and pop restaurant during these difficult times. It backfired completely in my face. Not to mention his high and ridiculous prices.

We went in for the first time on December 18 and couldn’t have had a better experience. The food was delicious and everyone in our party of 9 were very satisfied. It was such a good experience that I made a reservation for Christmas Eve and canceled our other reservation. I was not told the menu would be a special holiday menu.nWe were most disappointed to find out there were NO changes at all to this menu. The gumbo was lukewarm, could not get pasta, they would not grill fish instead of frying which was no problem a week prior and no bread was served after we asked and were told it would come out with our entrees.nNeedless to say the 3 people who had never been here before will not be going back.nI did call the restaurant to voice my concerns.

Friendly staff, delicious meals, seafood salad is meal unto itself. Great onion rings. I could not finish the meatball and spaghetti. Looks expensive, but it's not.
