Set an appointment up for my mother to get her oil changed through Warren Leonard(I think). They took great care of her. She said Warren was a sweet heart even though he had to leave early. Thanks for great customer service Hyundai of Metairie

The salesperson who assisted me, Rudy Garza, was extremely patient and helpful. He answered all my questions that I had with great detail. I never felt rushed or pressured into making a purchase.

Brought a certified used vehicle and experienced issues with the dual clutch transmission within two months of having the vehicle. Also had to replace both headlights on vehicle. Luckily, my vehicle was repaired and I was given a loaner vehicle until repairs were completed, which was probably the best experience I had with this dealership. My vehicle was repaired, however; it still does not sound or run well. I went back to Hyundai because my previous vehicle was a Hyundai and I absolutely LOVED it!!! Too bad I can't say the same for this vehicle. Before purchasing a certified vehicle from Hyundai, take your time and choose wisely because all they want is that sale!

Katrina Vance went above and beyond the call of saleswomen! I was extremely stressed and once I contacted her she eased all of my concerns and gave me the most amazing deal on my new 2021. She is someone i will definitely recommend to family and friends

I don't know where to begin. My experience at this place was absolutely amazing. My sales guy's name was Greg. He was great... absolutely a people's person. He listened to my husband and I needs for a vehicle, and provided us with just that! He also took into consideration what we could afford to pay monthly, and had us to speak with Travis regarding our budget. Baby Travis came through, and got us slightly under what we asked!!! Who could be mad at that? The two of them made our day! We needed a quality car, at a good price, and they superseded our expectations! Thanks so much Greg & Travis.
