At Paretti Jaguar you can really customize your experience. Customer service is their 1st priority. The professional team of women supervisors and management in the service & maintenance department is superb and reliable. I received text message updates, call backs when promised, and a full explanation of my F Pace scheduled maintenance and system updates. Steve, the gentleman who was responsible for taking my loaner car from me, was personable, friendly, and another bright spot in my day during the pick up of my vehicle.nTrey Howland in sales is by far the best sales person I have dealt with in the city. It is company policy to refuse customers of the body shop/collision center loaner vehicles. When a customer requests a loaner they are advised of the policy. Such policy would perhaps not be noteworthy were it not for the fact vehicles are routinely in the shop 3-6 months due to the fact only one technician is employed. Do not buy a Land Rover or Jaguar in the New Orleans area. God help you when your vehicle is in an accident.
My service advisor, Rachel, was kind and helpful. She explained the prices before the work was done. They provided a ride back home for me as well.
Everyone in service was very kind and helpful. My car was SUPER clean after the visit (just an oil change), they even cleaned the door jams and shined the tires. Great service, I am thrilled with the visit.
