It is company policy to refuse customers of the body shop/collision center loaner vehicles. When a customer requests a loaner they are advised of the policy. Such policy would perhaps not be noteworthy were it not for the fact vehicles are routinely in the shop 3-6 months due to the fact only one technician is employed. Furthermore, exceptions to this policy are made, however, the General Manager, Richard Findley, insists this does not ever occur. Never good when upper management doles out falsehoods and deceit to customers. In summation, poorly run company with a corporate culture lacking accountability.
Great Service. We have been using Paretti for service for 2 years now and very pleased
Hollie was such an exceptional service advisor. She answered each time I communicated with her via text, answered all questions I had and kept me informed as to what was going on with my vehicle. Although it took several weeks to resolve the issue with my vehicle, the loaner was the “saving grace”
Lawrence has gone above my expectations for service. I can imagine the experience will be even better once the new showroom is complete!
My past experiences with service at LR Paretti have not been great, this time was different! Michelle is amazing. She was so thorough, called me with updates daily, got me in and out very quickly this week. I was so impressed this time around and look forward to working with Michelle again.
