I had a very nice experience at Cadillac of New Orleans. My service advisor was Ms. Tara and she was extremely polite, and very courteous. She kept me informed about the service of my vehicle every step of the way. She even called me to follow up after my vehicle was returned to me. I really appreciate having her as my service advisor. She deserves 5 stars in my book. Keep up the good work.

I wouldn't buy from here. I came in after researching a vehicle on Carfax. I was ready to move and just wanted a firm price without all of the add one nonsense fees. They wanted to tack on about 4-5 thousand in unnecessary fees. I told them what I wanted to pay after putting down 10k, but the sales manager did not want to budge. That's fine, I found a better version of the same vehicle about 3 days later and closed the deal by that weekend at 6k cheaper! It all worked out in the long run but I would advise anyone to double check the price and don't let them pressure you into a sale. Too many bogus fees! I am so glad it worked out the way it did though.
