I want to edit my review, after I left a negative review. I spoke with the Sales Manager Troy Campise. After speaking with him, he was very accommodating. He made me feel more as a valuable customer. I was turned off by the first sale. However, after speaking with Troy, I had a better understanding of why the sale went the way it did. I want to take back what I had previously said about a negative buying experience. I have bought every Toyota I ever owned from Lakeside. So, give them a chance, just don't be afraid. insist what you are looking for. I should have pushed more. My main issue was the color of the car. As far as quality, everything is fine. I think most of the issue was with me and how I did not insist on looking at other colors. Mostly, I would still go back to Lakeside and I would suggest anyone to do the same. Thank You.

If I can give this place zero stars, I would. So unprofessional. I set up an appointment to get my car looked at as I thought my transmission was giving me problems. My car keeps shutting off and it’s not changing gears like it’s supposed to. I set up my appointment on a Friday, and they told me they couldn’t get to my car til Monday. I decided to leave it til Monday, since I didn’t feel comfortable driving it. Tina in services called me with the results, or so I thought. She told me that my car was low on oil, which I already knew and was going to get that taken care of. They took it upon themselves and changed it, and told me that I had too many hands under my hood so they cannot tell me what’s wrong with my car. What? Not true. The only time someone was under my hood is when I needed an oil change, a battery, and battery terminals. No one except a specialized transmission tech can get to my transmission, which is why I took it to Toyota. I told her this and asked her why can’t they tell me what’s wrong with my transmission? This problem has caused me and my two one year old daughters to be stuck in the middle of the street. She lied and said it’s because I needed an oil change. The light recently came on. My car has been shutting off before that light came on. She said that she would waive the diagnostic fee but I would still have to pay for the oil change, something that I did not ask them to do. Why are you all lying to your customers and refusing to diagnose a vehicle that I have scheduled and paid for you all to do? This service department is very inconsiderate and lazy and I will never come to this location again. What a waste of time.

I needed a third brake light. For my truck. If you look on YouTube you can find entire step by step tutorials on the complete assembly and disassembly of this in 30 minutes if you’re completely new. 10-15 minutes if you’re skilled. I didn’t have the tools at hand to do it myself so I took it in for a quick fix. This scheming place held my truck for two whole hours to change a light socket and 3 light bulbs so they could charge me for two hours of labor for 10 minutes of actual work. $163 for labor only I bought the parts already from their parts shop. How is that a justifiable cost. For a plug and play set?

Ryan was the best salesman took. Me to see several different cars and had great patience and was very informed. Milton did my financing and was very easy to work with no pushing
